So, this is what Eagle has been obsessing over for the past week or two. My last attempt for a manipulation for my lovely Nervosa (roleplayed at [link]) was a dud (you can see the WIP here: [link]), as I felt the horse didn't really fit her personality. I've had this horse in mind for some time, but was hesitant to attempt turn another chestnut to white. I can say I'm very happy I got up the patience to do so.

I am SO, SO proud of the mane and tail. No premade brushes, no tutorials, just my tablet, and my OCDness. Other things I did, is added all her markings by hand, painted in the eye, made a new eyelid, painted to sky, turned the beach picture to nighttime. And probably a few other things. The only things that are brushes, are the splash, and the stars.

Now a bit about Nervosa (who is roleplayed here: [link]), which you can skip. She's been the queen of the loners under three different kings, and she co-founded the Aristocrat alliance (which is what the loner's turned into) after pushing the last loner king off a cliff. She's had a bit of heartbreak, so she's very detached from anything living for the most part, and clings to her throne like its her only child (while forgetting the names of her true foals). She's also drawn to incest, as she was in love with her father (=Olympic-Ferro's Third Degree), who died when she was around a year. She then partook in an affair with a stallion who could communicate to the dead while serving her second term as queen, and the result of that relationship is a colt named Killjoy (which reflects how Vosa feels about her son. x^D). That stallion, Saga, was killed by the third loner king, General Jett. She had twins by Jett, Frankly Not and Mercy Me. She now is very entranced by her cousin, ~Art-of-Hails's Van Nuys, who is the king of the Fractured Alliance. Another odd quirk of Vosa is that she had a voice in her head that constantly grinds on her nerves, though she believes her voice is a stalker that's always hiding from sight. And when other horses mentioned that there is no voice, and she's speaking to herself, she just writes it off as them being jealous. She can be very immature, self-pitying, and self-absorbed. Really not a great queen. x^D Nonetheless, I think she's my favorite and best roleplay character to date, and I love her to death.

I think this image took around fifteen hours to complete, but I wanted to make something fit for her.
